Quality Assurance Inspectors
? Inspectors are responsible to Chief Inspector for the accomplishment of their assigned functions.
? Requirements/Qualifications

- Hold a current mechanic certificate with A&P ratings, each of which is currently effective. A minimum of 3 years is preferred, working on types of aircraft the company operates.
- Be familiar with auditing procedures, SMS policies and all other sources of auditing material and have completed company auditor training.
- Possess a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations Parts 5, 65, 121, the General Maintenance Manual and the SIEM.
- Have completed company Indoctrination training.
? Duties/Responsibilities
- Performs audits, writes discrepancies of those faults found which require corrective action.
- Advises the Chief Inspector of any major problems found while performing audits.
- Records audits and inspection functions complied with on applicable forms.
- Responsible for monitoring all required CASS audits and other documents used in carrying out auditing duties. Ensures the proper completion of all required audits assigned to him/her in a timely manner by the Chief Inspector.
- Reviews all audit findings with the Chief Inspector or the DOM as applicable.
- Performs other duties as directed by Chief Inspector
