?  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

?  Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management):
• Completing tasks assigned in accordance with the procedures set forth in various company and maintenance manuals  (General Maintenance Manual, SIEM, AMM, IPC , etc.).
• Comply with and monitor compliance with FARs, Operations Specifications, Company Policies, and  Procedures.
• Verifying that the appropriate technical data is available and used during the performance of maintenance activities.
• Verifying that all maintenance processes are appropriately executed and documented as required by company manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Submits all required work orders, reports, and other forms to the appropriate company authority in an organized and timely manner.
• Maintains a close, productive, and beneficial relationship with managers, peers, colleagues, and the FAA.
• Ensures the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in Company’s SMS program.

?  Job Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid A&P License.
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience maintaining large commercial aircraft.
• Must be able to work as a part of a team in a high stress, fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly motivated and organized.
• Must be computer proficient (MS Office, Aviation Maintenance Software).
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test..
• Must be able to obtain an AOA badge.

?  Highly Desirable
• Previous 2-3 years Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Maintenance Experience
• FAR 121/145 Maintenance Experience
• College or Technical degree preferred
