A&P Aircraft Technician

Must have a FAA Airframe and Powerplant License and three years of work related experience. Repair and maintain components used for aircraft airframe and power plant. The ability to inspect aircraft engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, accessories – brakes, valves, pumps, and air-conditioning systems.

  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance with no Criminal Record
  • Maintain records related to the maintenance performed on the aircraft.
  • Mechanics conduct inspections following a schedule based on the number of hours the aircraft has flown, calendar days since the last
  • Inspection, cycles of operation, or a combination of these factors.
  • Repair or replace worn or defective parts.
  • The ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings and blue prints.

Willingness to work Overtime
Shorts SD3-60 Aircraft experience a plus
Compensation:  Commensurate to experience
