✈️ Job Description

  • Prepare flight paperwork weather & flight planning
  • Brief pilots on route weather and notams
  • File flight plans
  • Monitor and track all company flights
  • Answer phones & coordinate flights with other stations

Also, a great opportunity for

  • Pilots building hours (learn FAR 121 airline operations, rules, and procedures)
  • Retired general aviation or professional pilots

  • WITH FAA Dispatch license
    Starting salary: $16.00 /hr, $14.00/hr first 45 days probation.
  • Without FAA Dispatch license
    Starting salary: $14.00 /hr, $12.00/hr first 45 days probation.
  • 401(K) with company match to 4% after one year

  • Guaranteed interview with the Chief Pilot for those interested in transferring to a pilot position (with flight qualifications)

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship or resident alien status (green card)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, random drug testing, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment.

Qualifications

  • FAA Dispatch license, or
  • Pilot Instrument rating, or
  • Prior aviation training or work experience in this field – may be accepted
